| Purchased new from BMW Motorsport GmbH in Munich on July 27, 1985 and imported via the "grey market" by a Cincinnati dealer. Arrived USA on October 29, 1985, with EPA compliance granted November 22, 1985. Sold to T.G., then purchased by John and Louise Watts on June 27, 1991. Federalized with specially-fabricated catalyst exhaust system and various door + bumper reinforcements upon importation. The factory TRX wheels and tires have been replaced by BBS wheels and 225/50ZR16 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires. |
